Worship Beacon uses Supabase for accounts and private planning, Vercel for hosting, Resend for account emails, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and PostHog’s EU service for optional analytics.
Your choices
Optional analytics helps improve songs and planning. If allowed, visits on this browser can be associated with your account even while signed out. Shared-browser activity is not treated as proof of your identity.

Security logs are separate. No recordings, form contents, microphone audio or private song content are collected.
Accounts and security
Your verified email and registration are available to the site administrator for approving access. Your display name, handle and selected profile photo are public. Passwords are managed by Supabase Authentication.
Security records include observed authentication activity, browser details and available network IP addresses. Full IPs in Worship Beacon’s security activity records are removed after 90 days. Provider-operated infrastructure logs follow the providers’ retention settings. A closed browser is not treated as an explicit logout.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we measure page and song views, approximate country, device/browser type, feature use and estimated active time. Consented visits on the same browser may be associated with an account even when signed out; this is a browser association, not proof of who was present. Other users of a shared device are not merged into your identity. You can stop future collection using the controls above.
We do not send full IPs, email addresses, passwords, form contents, lyrics, private setlists or report descriptions to PostHog. We do not record your screen or microphone. Analytics history starts when measurement is enabled and follows the configured PostHog retention window.
Photos and reports
Profile images are validated and re-encoded to remove metadata. Issue reports and their contact details are private to the administrator. Reports do not automatically suspend users or change songs.
Questions and data requests
Contact admin@worshipbeacon.com for access, correction or removal requests. Private drafts and setlists remain protected by account authorization.
